Swami Shantatmananda is a senior monk of the Ramakrishna Order and is well known as an able administrator and spiritual mentor. He presently heads the Delhi centre of the Ramakrishna Mission. He had a long stint of 30 years at the international Headquarters of the Ramakrishna Mission, Belur Math, where he had the rare privilege of association with some of the luminaries of the Order. At Belur Math, he exercised his expertise in the areas of financial administration and fund management. He was also closely associated with some of the pioneering staff welfare schemes.
